Biochemical Study of the partially Purified Xanthine Oxidase from Sera of Patients with Vitamin D3 Deficiency

Abstract

تم في هذه الدراسة تحضير مركب مشتق من عقار الوبيورينول لدراسة تأثيره على إنزيم زانثين اوكسيديز المنقى جزئيا من مصل دم المرضى المصابين بنقص فيتامين D3 حيث تم تنقية الإنزيم جزئيا ودراسة حركيات الإنزيم كما تم دراسة تأثير عقار الوبيورينول والمركب المحضر المشتق من العقار على فعالية الإنزيم المنقى حيث أظهرت النتائج إن قيمة السرعة القصوى  2.5 U/L وقيمة ثابت ميكاليس منتن هي 5.88×10-5 مولاري بينما كانت درجة الحرارة المثلى للإنزيم 37 مº وقيمة pH = 7.5 . تم اختبار تأثير المركب المحضر وتبين إن المركب يثبط فعالية الإنزيم وان نسبة التثبيط تزيد كلما ازداد تركيز المركب وكان نوع التثبيط من النوع اللاتنافسي Uncompetitive  inhibition
