The role of best practices for human resources in enhancing organizational vitality / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in selected Iraqi communication organizations (Asiacell and Korek companies)

Abstract
The aim of this research is to measure the role of best human resources practices on enhancing organizational vitality in the telecommunications sector, and the main question was: Is it possible to achieve organizational vitality through best human resource practices? For human resources and at the macro level with organizational dynamism.
After formulating the hypotheses and testing the relationships of correlation, influence and moral differences, the research was applied in the field to the workers in the telecommunications organizations (Asia Cell and Korek) by distributing the questionnaire to the research sample of (420) workers. The recovery amounted to 175 questionnaires with a response rate of 41%.
The most prominent results of the research were the existence of a positive correlation and impact between the best practices of human resources at the macro and micro levels with organizational vitality.
