Abstract
The deduction of legal rulings through fundamentalist rules and their application to the legal texts shows the real fruit of the science of jurisprudence, and the link between the branches and the assets, and builds the fundamentalist faculty, so the researcher combines rooting and application, and that the fundamentalist application to the legal texts shows the weakness of those who challenged the deduction from the legal texts, which is devoid of The origins of jurisprudence, it is a random mess, and deducing legal rulings according to rules and laws makes these rulings come in one format, disciplined by these rules, and bound by these laws.
