Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at the University of Al-Kitab from the faculty's perspective, providing a foundation for further research on TQM in educational institutions. It offers actionable recommendations to enhance quality standards, particularly in higher education and scientific research institutions. The findings will benefit key stakeholders, including:
University Leadership & Quality Assurance Bodies: Insights into compliance with TQM standards will prompt regulatory bodies (e.g., the Ministry of Higher Education, Accreditation Agencies) to enforce quality benchmarks.
University Administrations: The study assesses the extent of TQM implementation, guiding universities to adopt, improve, or sustain quality practices.
Faculty Members: TQM adoption will improve teaching resources, pedagogical processes, and faculty performance, optimizing outcomes with minimal effort.
The research employs a qualitative approach, analyzing faculty viewpoints to evaluate TQM’s effectiveness and challenges.
