Osama W. M. International responsibility arising from violations of the special provisions of international maritime governance

Abstract

             International responsibility is one of the very important topics that was consumed by international jurisprudence early on, and it also placed its weight on international work and judiciary, and it had a very large share of it to the point that part of its rules are based at the present time on international practices, rulings of international jurisprudence, and on a set of opinions and doctrines. International responsibility is always a controversial topic, as it includes very ambiguous issues, as its provisions branch out and are related to many other provisions. Consequently, at the level of international law itself or at the level of other internal laws and regulations, this is what made the topic of international responsibility one of the greatest and most branched topics of international law. The issue of international responsibility is considered one of the broadest and most difficult problems facing international law in general. The issue of protecting and preserving the environment has become one of the most important issues burdening the international community in this era and a major dimension of the challenges facing the Arab world, especially developing countries, and the necessity of finding Solutions to complex problems and successful treatment of them. International governance seeks to discuss solutions to issues that affect more than one country or region, and international responsibility then arises due to violation of the provisions of international governance.
