Abstract

               Among the tasks assigned to the legislative authority, represented by Parliament, is demanding rights and reveal any transgression or violation that may be committed by the executive authority represented by the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, and the ministers, and trying to address it or hold them accountable for it. In order for the former to practice this function to the fullest extent, it must possess censorship instrument, or what is called oversight tools manifested in questioning, interrogation, and investigation. Oversight of the actions of the executive authority is a manifestation of parliamentary representative work. However, what is tackled briefly in the present work is the parliamentary questioning, its definition, and the most important types.
