Abstract

The case of European expansion towards eastern Russia indicates a state of the existing conflicts between NATO led by the United States of America and Russia. The researcher has taken an interest in researching this problem through the history of these conflicts to the present time, and through that the study indicates that the American-Atlantic discourse Which appeared through Western plans for the expansion and extension of the Atlantic Alliance towards Eastern Europe. Therefore, we see the suffering of some of the Eastern European countries, especially the Russian Federation, as a result of the Alliance’s expansion project in Eastern Europe and the areas of Russian influence, especially everything related to the project of participation for peace and the policy of The open door that provided temptations to some eastern countries to join the alliance and its new destination is the Republic of Ukraine, adjacent to the Russian Federation, which led to the outbreak of crises among them, and this indicates that the United States has a major role in the conflicts between the Russian Federation and its surroundings.
