Bribery and its impact on the Islamic society

Abstract
In the name of Allah, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger Muhammed, (peace be upon him). As for what follows: The summary of what I have reached through preparing this research:
The concept of bribery: It is one of the bad phenomena in society, and it is about someone giving some money in exchange for taking a right he does not have, or to be excluded from a task he does not want to do.
The ruling on bribery:
Bribery is prohibited unanimously, and bribery is not permissible. It is what a person gives in order to wrongfully pass a judgement on him, or to appoint and administer a mandate to oppress a person. This is the sin of the giver and the taker.
Bribery is sections:
A part of it is, what is forbidden for the giver and the taker, and part of it, is taking money to settle his affairs with the Sultan, and another part is that, which pays to avoid off fear from the giver for himself or his money.
The harms of bribery are many, including: it varies according to its subject matter and the different degrees of its two parties.
The evils of bribery are many, including: disrupting the business in order to pay the bribe, and also the result of a recession in the work in the town. The lack of production harmful to the entire community.
