Abstract

Organizational culture constitutes an essential element for many organizations, especially industrial ones, so interest in it is the main engine for the growth and development of industrial organizations to keep pace with technological changes. Organizational cells, manufacturing cells), There are two major parts in this research, the first contained the theoretical framework for research variables and the general framework for research. The second part contained the practical iframework of the researchi hypotheses, as well as a set of conclusions and recommendations ا. The research ا sample ا included a group of workers ا in the Samarra Pharmaceutical Factory, the correlation between the research variables (organizational culture, manufacturing cells) and by testing the influence relationships. By adopting a questionnaire as a basic tool for measurement, the statistical package (SPSS) program was used to evince the validity of the research hypotheses between the research variables (organizational culture, manufacturing cells) and the use of a set of statistical methods represented by the correlation coefficient and the multiple regression coefficient. The most prominent conclusions were the existence of a correlation between the collective organizational culture and the manufacturing cells of the laboratory sample of the research in terms of its variables. And based oni the conclusions that the researchهincluded, the research ا introduced a set of recommendations ا, the ا most significant of which ا is the need ا for ا the laboratory to pay attention to the research ا sample ا in the issue of organizational culture, by educating the workers in the laboratory and training them to accept change and modern planning for working methods in the laboratory.
