Abstract

Coronaviridae is a viral family that includes a large number of viruses that cause diseases in animals and human. The human diseases ranged from mild common cold to severe lower respiratory infections. The first alarm of the severity of the disease that induced by coronaviruses is the outbreaks of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). Coronavirus most recent disease outbreak in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The virus called initially as 2019-nCov and subsequently the ICTV termed it as SARS-CoV-2, while the disease is termed COVID-19. This new virus is very contagious and thus induces pandemic infections.
