Khaleel Ibrahim Mohammed Labour License for Foreigners A Comparative Study

Abstract

The Countries aim to attract the foreign labourers to for benefit from their expertise in the field of economic development, and the recruitment of this labourers are not without controls or conditions, but there are legislation  regulate the work of the Labourers in a way that aims to strengthening the economic ,and social aspects in these countries, and employment  foreign Labourers are not done  until after obtains a work license for a specific renewable period, and according to need of those countries for those Labourers, with taking consideration it does not effect on the national labourers, because the legislation in any country mainly aims to protect the national labourer, and  termination the foreign labourer license at the end of its period in  situation of  non-renewal, It also terminate in every case in which it violates controls and conditions for the obtaining it
