Abstract
The concept of internationalization is considered one of the concepts that are related to international relations. It is considered one of the concepts and has been used in many studies and research with an Anglo-Saxon dimension, while it is not a concept commonly used in contemporary Arab research. Internationalization may take place in the territory of a state, as was the case in the territories that were internationalized in the period after the First and Second World Wars. It can be said that there are strategic considerations desired by two states and various disputes on the borders resulting from historical national or cultural sentiments, the combination of which led to the emergence of the idea of internationalization in Twentieth century,
The internationalization system is one of the systems that restricts sovereignty and detracts from it in order to achieve common international interests and thus paves the way for the management of those interests to international bodies that participate with the state in exercising aspects of sovereignty, as is the case with the administration body of the internationalized territory, as this body consists of a number of agencies and institutions whose legal structure is And its contents are in order to regulate relations between the states composing this international body or between them and the new international body. The most important of these bodies is a legislative body, an executive council, and an international judiciary), and thus the public body that administers the regions enjoys international personality and exercises sovereignty over the regions.
Human rights rules have a significant impact in demonstrating the importance of the phenomenon of internationalization by protecting human rights at the internal and external levels, as a result of the phenomenon of internationalization.
Internationalization also has different effects on the public authorities in the country, and human rights have the greatest impact in addition to the economic effects.
