الملخص

The legal system for the legitimate excuse in personal
rights related to the special circumstances of people is one of
the important topics that plays a role in changing the legal
status of its owners, in order to mitigate the effects of
applying legal texts, reduce or modify the responsibilities
resulting from it, or exempt it from them when its conditions
are met. The Iraqi legislator has taken In civil law, there are
legitimate personal excuses related to the special
circumstances of the person with the excuse, scattered in
personal rights and with various names. Perhaps the most
important applications of this system in civil law are the
acceptable excuse in the agency contract, and the legitimate
excuse in the deposit contract, which work to relieve the
burden and embarrassment on their owners whenever they
arise. The conditions for applying either of them are met,
depending on the circumstances and conditions of those who
have an excuse for it.
