number of displaced persons is increasing day by day. The international community, especially
through international humanitarian law, tries to pay attention to these people and provide the
basic rights and daily necessities for their necessary living. But it failed to reach to an
international agreement to protect their fundamental rights, But the efforts have been made in
terms of providing the necessary assistance, but it was not sufficient, but the rights of them from
